His sister, Jane Lawson Shanks died in 1922, still trying to find her death record, I believe that thir father was James Willis, if that is on her record then as far as I am concerned that is proof enough. The other siblings are Francis Cave Lawson and McClellan Clement Lawson (died 18 Dec. 1898) not sure what has happened to Francis.
