I have been looking for it. I find Lawrence M. in the New York Timed article about his wedding; Lawrence M. in the book about him "taming the Rio Grande"; Lawrence M. in both the presidential executive orders permitting him to work beyond mandatory retirement age; Lawrence M. in a joint U.S./Mexico commission on the development of National Parks; so it looks like I don't know where "Milton" came from either! ?????
