Then I went to Rootsweb--World Connect and most people had posted on their families no spouses & family for George W.(son of Madison)---then I came across a couple that had him married to a Sally Shockley. Now I know that they could have just come to a conclusion on their findings because I never did see where they had put down that they had found marriage records,death registers or anything like that but that made me hesitate to say Madison is my George's dad. Anyway, thanks for looking into it. I have been back checking and looking at Georges in other counties again mostly in NC and in Tazewell County, VA.
