The Beckley Post-Herald mentions several Ray Lawsons who may or may not be the same individual. For example, in the 1950s there was a Ray Lawson who was a high school baseball player. In 1963 there was a Ray Lawson who was a forest ranger. There were several different Roy Lawsons. One was mine (he wasn't yours), and I can usually determine if the article was about my Roy.
