Actually, it is a set of dog tags, listing her as the next of kin for a Mr. Charles H. Townlin. Her address is shown as Moody, Texas. (McLennan County) Thought perhaps a descendant might like to have these dog tags, and also might know the significance of these two people - with different names - being shown together on the dog tags.
