He was a stiller on the 1850 census and in 1860 a farmer.He came to Lincon Co Tn in the early 1830 with his father and married Cyntha Silvertooth, daughter of John Silvertooth. They had 3 Children before she died. They were Martin, Mahalia, and Frances. Spencer then married Siotha Westerman, daughter of Charles and Mary Ester Westerman. Spencer and the family of 9 sons and 1 daughter was in Franklin Co. Tx by 1870 where He applied for a Tx. Land grant. Spencer Nesbet Laws was my G Grandfather. I am decended from his son, David Allie Laws. I would enjoy hearing from you.
