She was born Dec. 21, 1904, in Melvern, Kan., to Vincent and Mary Elizabeth Young Laws. She taught school in the Hartford, Kan., area for three years and later in the Stotler community near Miller, Kan., where she lived until 1990. Her husband, Max Craig, died on Dec. 5, 1992. Survivors include one son, Roland Craig of Rogers; two daughters, Martha Florea of Topeka and Esther C. Sutton of Rogers; one sister, Margaret Garrison of Tulsa, Okla.; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Friday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Burial will be in Prairie Home Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Penwell-Gabel. Memorials may be made to Midland Hospice House, 200 S.W. Frazier Circle, Topeka, Kan., 66606, or a favorite charity.
