    3. Carlene, My earliest Laws to live in Illinois (Jonathan A.) was born 1808 in Hillsboro, Orange County, NJ. The 3 generations of Laws before him were all from Orange County, NJ. Jonathan died in Bond County, IL - he and his wife, Celia Vaughan, were m. in KY and had a dau. named Sarah Ellen Laws. Sarah Ellen Laws b. 1849 in Bond County, IL - (both buried Greenway, Arkansas) m. Theodore Ferber Sargent b. Milo, Maine . They are the parents of Blanch Ellen Sargent b. 1-12-1872, who m. William Mathew Baxter. Their daughter, Olive Aurilla Baxter, m. James Ford Haney. Their dau. Willo Wanda Haney is my mother. (My father, William B. Wood) was raised at Mt. Carmel, IL). His mother was a Sharp.
