Rapp in New London, MO...now James Orval Laws JR...fathers name was James Orval Laws..James Orval Laws Jr died October 12, 1995 in Camp Point...I take it that it in MO as the info I got came from a lady in Granger, MO and thats in Scotland Co. MO....I don't know if James Orval Laws had any brothers as I have no Info on hem...Could your Grandfather James Orval Laws be my cousin James Orval Laws Father??? was your grandfather a tall man and liked wearing hats???? now with the Memphis thing I kinda feel that my cousin James Orval Laws father be your grandfather????
