On my Campbell side I have Marie Campbell (b.abt 1904 in Memphis Scotland Co. Mo. died sometime between 1954 and 1961 unknown where) She married James Orval Laws..his mother and father are unknown to us...Marie and James Orval Laws had a son James Orval Laws...we don't know his brith date...he died about the middle to late 90's in Mt Point MO...he married a V.Robb....We also don't know if James Orval Laws died or Marie and James Orval Laws devorced...(Aunt Marie was married 3 times that we know...Laws, McCandless, Johnson in what order we are unsure of. I have a picture of James Orval Laws Sr and one of James Orval Laws Jr. what year and what city and state we don't know. but we know they lived as we have pictures. Now I know a little more on the Laws on my Gardner side I have Osso Cloyd Laws...born....Sept 1, 1901 in Richland Co. Claremont IL......his mother was Susan Arabella Webber and his father was Squire Robinson Laws. I know that he was in Bement IL in 1937 and he worked for Plummer Chevrolete Sales at 300 E. Bodman, Bemont IL and I know he was 36yrs in October 1937. He married my Aunt Opal Margaret Gardner...when I don't know..she was born April 2, 1909 and her father was George W. Garder and her mother was Addie Synder. I think uncle Osso was married once before he married my aunt opal because of something my mother said about a lady my grandfather George Gardner use to have lunch with once in awhile..something about she was uncle Osso ex-mother-in-law...I was 14 at the time she said it and I'm 56 now and everyone who knows anything is long gone to Heaven.and just what my mother said has sliped my mind. I know uncle was alive as I knew hem when he and aunt opal lived in Decatur IL...he died in Decator IL in the 80's I think...So can anyone help me with these Laws. Thanks for any help.
