The State Columbia, SC March 13, 1998 MARY SPARKS HARTSVILLE -- Services for Mary Sparks, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Centenary United Methodist Church, with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the residence. Hines Funeral Home is in charge. Mrs. Sparks died Tuesday. Born in Dillon, she was the daughter of the late Calvin and Lula Price Law. She was married to the late Samuel Sparks. Surviving are son Samuel Sparks II of Winston Salem, N.C.; adopted son, Booker T. McLeod of Brooklyn, N.Y.; nine grand- children; five great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
