As many of you know, I search for Laws obits and post any that I find to the Rootsweb boards. We have a gateway in place for these posts to filter through to the Laws-L. I would like to get your feedback on whether you like seeing the notes posted to the boards filter through to the list. We do have the option of removing the gateway that links the boards and the list. If you would like to share your opinions with me, your input will be appreciated. Thanks! Wanda
Hi Wanda: Haven't been active as am working mostly with my people in England and, in US, don't seem to have any connections!!! But - do like the obits showing - give a lot of info to those who have found connections in the US and they don't have to go to a lot of lists to search for the initial stuff. IMHO it is a very great help. Best regards, Virginia vlaws@sginet.com [I look at the list every day = hoping. One of these days....vml
Hi Wanda, Thank you for posting the obituaries. I was home for the small obituary of my Dad, but was already home when the local paper came out. That is the one you published. Thanks. Hello Wanda and LAWS list folks: YES! Please keep posting the obituary notices on our list - and the links. I never know when I will come across someone in my line -- like last year when I found a cousin. Reading the notices in my e-mail LAWS list is perfect. Thank you for your work and time, Wanda. Wanda, Please keep the OBITS.....they are a HUGE help!! Roy
