Hi everybody: I am researching the name LAW and in particular one Jane LAW whom we believe married John WINSPEAR, my gggf. John and Jane's children are listed in the IGI as christened at Glaisdale, Yorks. One child is Robert Law WINSPEAR, which suggests Jane's last name was LAW. John was chr. 1806 at Glaisdale, and Jane was most probably of Egton, chr. 1822. However, none of this is certain, as we haven't yet found a marriage record for John Winspear.
