Rumored descent from Capt. James Lawrence(Don't give up the ship). had 3 children, one of whom, my dad, was a skip-generation. Lawrence Herbert,who lives in California as far as i know, a Michelle Patricia Lawrence, who live in Florida, and My dad Walter Andrew Herbert.I heve been unable to locate her parents because she left home when she was 13 or 14 and never talked much about her parents. this is all complicated by the fact that my dad's brother and sister were old enough to be his parents when he was born. any info would be greatly appreiciated.
