My Lawrence family began in America in Sandwich, Conn late l600's His name was Robert, his son, Joshua born 1678, his sonEbenezer born 1708, his son, Joseph born 1736 in Rochester, Mass, then moved to Harwich County, Mass . Joseph moved around a bit , was in Rev War, married and had children. My brick wall is the surname of his wife, Susannah_______ Their children: registered in Athol, Mass were: Levi, Sarah (my ancestor married James Pelton,) John, and Nathan. There may have been others. Levi, Sarah and Nathan emigrated to Ontario, Canada. If this line of Lawrence's is of interest to you, please let me know Florence Pelton Patterson ----- Original Message ----- From: <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, September 22, 2002 6:17 PM Subject: [LAWRENCE-L] Southampton VA Lawrences > Are there any researchers working on late 18th Century Lawrences? > Ginni > > > ==== LAWRENCE Mailing List ==== > ==== LAWRENCE Mailing List ==== > This list is brought to you by the dedicated folks at Rootsweb. > To ensure that it continues, please visit them and subscribe at > http://www.rootsweb/com/rootsweb/how-to-subscribe.html > You can view my Lawrence file on Worldconnect, file name jmljr > Search my data base which is updated weekly and contains notes and sources > http://worldconnect.genealogy.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?db=jmljr >
