His father : Leonard Clarence Lawrence Grandfather : Lucius Kellum Lawrence Greatgrandfather: Joseph Melvin Lawrence Greatgreatgrandfather: Thomas Lawrence Thomas came here from Independence County at Convience , prior to that he wa from Tuscoloosa Co. Tuscumbia Alabama and before that I think the Tarboro area of North Carolina. Thomas came to Independence County prior to 1860 as he has I have a will on him that shows his approximate death date and has a list of all his children. Urban Elias Fort was the administrator of the estate. I would like very much to learn more on the Lawrences .
