Hi Bev What a super friend you are....I deleted the message by mistake - I have a Jarvis cousin who would qualify for DNA testing, ( son of a son, of a son, etc.) It was just the other day - in July..06.... We have still not found out who Susannah _____Lawrence was who married Joseph. Gone through land transfers, etc. hoping to find her name. What we did find, though, is that she remarried after Joseph's death ( we think around 1790 as he was not in the 1791 census returns) This time to a Mr. Parmalee whom we think lived near S. Hero in Vermont....And that she spent her last years living with a daughter ( whose name we have not been able to find!!!) in or around Alburg, Vt..... And so it goes...... Thanks for helping.
