My mother and my aunts all said we were related to Sir Henry Montgomery Lawrence but I have not been able to find a connection. My grandmother was Rosina Eliza Lawrence, daughter of William Henry Lawrence and Sarah Catherine Chant. We somehow think there might be a connection through an Alexander Lawrence in the family, but all the aunts have passed on before we were seriously looking for this connection.
