According to my copy of the Index of Revolutionary War Pension Applications in the National Archives published by the National Genealogical Society in 1976 as a Bicentennial project, the pension for Josiah Lawrence of Vermont was applied for by his widow Huldah. She also applied for a Bounty Land Warrent (application # B.L.Wt. 19520-160-55). You can order copies of these applications from the National Archives at: www.archives.gov/research/order/ Good hunting. Bob Robert Evans Page "... comes from a long line of dead men."
