Colt in 1816 -1817. Many of the letters are written by A. H. Lawrence and have to do with money transactions or shares of high dollar amounts. They mention many people such as Charles Carroll, R. Oliver, LeRoy Bayard, N. Biddle Baring Brothers and many more. Can you give me any additional information on Lawrence? We would like to give the letters to a historical society, but are trying to research some information first. Thank you
