Surnames: Lawrence, Pietz, Huebner Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/DAw.2ACIB/2396 Message Board Post: My Mother, Terri Lynne, was born on October 8, 1949 to Verle Pietz and Frank Lawrence in San Bernadino, CA. Verle was born on Oct 31, 1917. Frank Lawrence was younger than Verle. (the birth certificate is packed away and I can't locate it at this time to get the DOB of Frank) My mom believes that she came to Michigan, where Verle was from and her husband lived, when she was 1 -2 years of age. It is believed that Frank Pietz lived in Michigan all the time. Why Verle was in California we will never know. We have a lot of unanswered questions about Frank Lawrence as we always believed our grandfather to be Frank Frances Pietz. My mother was told, as a young child, that Frank Pietz was not her real father. Now, both of my grandparents are deceased and I would like to get some answers for my mom.
