Hi, My Elisha Lawrence (2/17/1666) married Lucy Stout (b. 1675) on 1/12/1692 in Monmouth Co., NJ. Elisha's parents were William Lawrence (b. circa June 1630 possibly in St. Albans, Hertfordshire, England) & Elizabeth ?? They spent some time in Middleborough, Long Island, NY, as their at least 2 of their children (#2 Hannah & #4, Elisha were born there). It is extremely possible that one or more branches moved to the South at some point. But our direct line stayed in the NJ area. Sorry if this doesn't help you.
