I am glad to know that I am not the only one who thinks this way. Agree with you about the way things are done. People just take the "easy way out" in doing the research. Also, they do not answer your messages either directly or on the boards. I started out when they did not have the on line services, just the "slow mail" and even then people would not answer you even though you included a SASE with it. Chris
