Norwalk. A high mass of requiem was sung by Rev. Mgr. Milette. Flowers covered the casket. Bearers were his four sons, Fred, Arthur, George and Nelson and his sons-in-law John B. Cahmberlain and Eugene Laliberte. The body was taken to Manchester for burial at St. Joseph Cemetery. P.L. Robichaud & Son were undertakers. This was in the Nashua Telegraph, Nashua, NH Hope this helps someone

LAWRANCE (so spelled on gravestone), b. abt 1776 and died July 27, 1825 and buried at West Branch Cemetery, Lee, Oneida, NY, married Mary Ann (WILLIAMS?), also buried at West Branch cemetery. Their son, Gilbert W. LAWRANCE , b. Dec 3, 1804, married Sep. 17, 1829 Mary Tyler WILLSON, b. April 3, 1809. Gilbert and Mary had children Alsina, b. Mar.3, 1831; Roswell E., b. Nov. 21, 1832; Sarah (Sally) W., b. Mar. 29, 1836; Nelson B., b. Feb. 17, 1840 (lived in Western, married a Jenette (?), had children Lillian and Elmer by 1880); Asenath W., died young; Mary Elizabeth, b. Nov. 20, 1842, married Malcolm Lochton Chandler 1865; G. D. (Gilbert Denison?), b. June 9, 1846; Eustatia, b. May 15, 1849. I have been trying off and on for years to find Thomas Lawrance's parents. I would be grateful for any information anyone might have on this family and in corresponding with any other descendants.

There was Herbert Lawrence d 15 May 1972, Freestone CO, TX, Herbert L. d 11 Apr 1991, Tarrant Co, TX, James Herbert Lawwrence, d 16 Apr 1964, Tarrant Co TX. Hubert G. Lawrence, d 17 Apr 1994, Smith Co TX, Hubert Paul Lawrence, d 18 May 1982, Fannin Co, TX. Could they have descended from my g uncles of the same name and did they have a g uncle by the name of James Arthur Lawrence b 1865, TN or MS? Perhaps a g aunt by the name of Lelia. Here is the family I have for James Arthur Lawrence: parents--James b NC--father--Mollie Agnes b AL--mother--siblings--James Arthur b 1865, d 1918 TX, Herbert and Hubert (twins), John, and one sister Lelia. Georgia married Daniel Franklin Gray. John was the son of David Lawrence and Angeline (Taylor) Lawrence. This is the second time in all of my readings that someone has come close to the area I am researching. Would enjoy hearing from Mary West or anyone else with connections.
