His ancestry was: Robert Lawrence/Joshua/ Ebenezer/ then Joseph ----he married Susannah somewhere in the New England States and it is her surname I am seeking. George had a Dau.Ann and a son John Benjamin Lawrence.John b.1879 in Hackettstown,NJ and married Mary K. Deremer b.1872 had 8 children and lived in NJ.most of their lives.Now that I am doing my genealogy, I was wondering if any one has a copy of the Lawrence Book with these people or any related,and how to purchase such a book.Thank You,Daniel P. I do not know how old he was but I'm thinking this Susanne is my Susanne and she was born around 1813 in Ohio. Daniel is mention is a Will of an Adam Jordan of Noble Co., Ohio.. Now on an 1860 Morgan Co., Bristol Twp., Ohio I found the following Lawrence's. Webster Lawrence Age 23, Farmer, Born in OH. (b. abt 1837) Anna, 18, wife, OH Charles, 2, son, OH Edward, 1, son, OH Bathona or Bathena, Female, One month old, daughter Henry Jordan, 15, Farmhand Mary Jordan, 19, domestic Now Henry and Mary Jordan are children of Susanne McBride Jordan and Jacob Jordan. Jacob died in 1848. Susanne was left with 10 children. 4 of which had died by 1862 that I know of. The other children I have not been able to find out where they went.
