Hello, I am looking for any information on my 4th great grandmother, Rosie Ann Lawrence (Rosa, Rosy, Roseanna) b. abt 1837 in Tennessee (I think Robertson County). Rosie married Joseph Reynolds 1856 in Williamson County, Illinois. After much searching, I finally found Rosie, by the name of Rosanna Lawrence, in the 1850 Robertson County, TN census. I am certain it is her because her mother there was listed as Winneford (Winnie) Lawrence and she had a brother named Redding Lawrence in that census (Rosie named one of her daughters Winnie and a son Redding). Apparently her father had passed away by 1850 for he was not present, however, I did a search of all the Lawrence head of households in Robertson County in 1840 and there was a Redding listed. I have seen another person's family tree that shows Winneford's maiden name as Hart and I know there is a will in Robertson county for a Barbaby Hart that names Winneford (Winnie) Lawrence. I estimate Winnie (Hart?) Lawrence to have been bo! rn abt. 1813 North Carolina. Does anyone have any information on this family?? I would appreciate any help or info. Thank you, Tonya Newton San Jose, CA
