From: December 5, 1973 Winn Parish Enterprise News-American Archie Jordan Dies; Burial At Jordan Hill Funeral services were held Friday at 2:30 p.m. in the United Pentecostal Church here for Archie Jordan, 78, a Winnfield resident who died Wednesday night, November 28, 1973 in a local hospital after a long illness. Officiating were the Rev. Derwood Hallmark and the Rev. Paul Graves, with burial in the Jordan Hill Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield. Mr. Jordan was an employee of the state. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Maudie M.
