Hemphill Funeral services are scheduled to be held Friday at 2 p.m. for James Eugene Hemphill, 54, who died Wednesday at 3 a.m. in a Pineville hospital. Last rites will be held in the Old Corinth tabernacle, conducted by Rev. C. M. Robinson, assisted by Rev. Raymond Sjolander. Burial will be in the Old Corinth Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. J. E. Hemphill of Winnfield, Route 2; four sons, Reuben of the U. S. Air Force, James Richard, Marshall J., Gary Dale, all of Winnfield, Route 2; five daughters, Mrs. Jacqueline Leech, Oregon, Mrs. Madge Asselta, Maryland, Mrs. Patsy Buckston, Jena, Missess Gloria Dawn and Jeanette Hemphill of Winnfield Route 2; three brothers, Grovin of Chatham, W.
