Files may be printed or copied for personal use only. From: January 10, 1952 Winn Parish Enterprise Final Rites Held For Mrs. Wardna B. Shelton Monday Funerals services for Mrs. Wardna B. Shelton, 45, who died of a heart attack in a local hospital Sunday morning, were held Monday in Welcome Home Baptist Church. Rev. H. H. Hendrick conducted the services, assisted by Rev. W. C. Bounds. Burial was in Welcome Home Cemetery under direction of Hixson Brothers in Winnfield. Mrs. Shelton was born July 2, 1906 in Winnfield, daughter of the late J. W. and Jose Boyett, formerly of Hudson Community. She is survived by her husband, J. B. Shelton of Winnfield; one brother, Horrie Boyett of Ferriday; and four step children, Mrs. Gresham of Springhill, Pugh Shelton of Albuquerque, N. M., Roy Shelton of the U. S.
