Files may be printed or copied for personal use only. From: July 26, 1951 Winn Parish Enterprise Last Rites For Mrs. W. H. Davis Funeral services for Mrs. W. H. Davis of Montgomery, sister of A. S. Branch, Mack L. Branch, and Mrs. Lloyd Tugwell of Winnfield were held last Saturday at Mount Zion Baptist Church (incorrect; has to be Mt. Zion Methodist or Union Hill Baptist, Wheeling Community), following her death Friday in a Pineville hospital. Rev. Elmo Pender officiated at the funeral, with burial in the Mount Zion Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home. Survivors include two sons, A. C. Davis of Montgomery and J. W. Davis of Longleaf; three brothers, Alva S. Branch and Mack L. Branch of Winnfield, and Wright Branch of Jonesboro; one sister, Mrs. Loyd Tugwell of Winnfield; three half brothers, Jim Lee of Winnfield, Chester Lee of Monroe, and L. L.
