From: January 30, 1958 Winn Parish Enterprise News-American Funeral Services For Mrs. Murphy Are Held Sunday Last rites were held Sunday at 2:30 p.m. for Mrs. Nettie Murphy, 85, who passed away in a Winnfield hospital after an illness of several months. Widow of the late W. A. Murphy, she was a lifelong resident of the Dodson community. Services were in the Dodson Baptist Church, with the pastor, Rev. Edgar Cripps, officiating, assisted by the Rev. L. G. Shaw of Winnfield, a former pastor of the Dodson Methodist Church. Burial was in Transport Cemetery north of Dodson. Surviving are three sons, J. J. Murphy of Beaumont, Texas, E. B. Murphy and Ansel Murphy of Dodson; one daughter, Mrs. H. W. Smith of Longview, Washington; and a brother, W. S. Terral of Dodson; and 11 grandchildren. --------------DC3C7C9EA78F32663DA9A30A--
