Waters Dies Saturday of Heart Attack Last rites were held for Julius Guy Waters, 49, at 10 a.m. Monday in the Hixson Brothers Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Waters, a resident of Alexandria, died Saturday after suffering a heart attack. Interment was in the New Hope Cemetery. Mr. Waters was born and reared in Dodson and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Waters. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Carthal Payne, Dodson and Mrs. W. A. Gaharan, Delhi; four sisters, Mrs. M. H. Greer, Winnsboro, Mrs. Dewey Simmons, Monroe, Mrs. H. S. Owens, and Mrs. Eva W.
