From: December 12, 1957 Winn Parish Enterprise News-American Final Rites Held For Mrs. Harrison Cockerham Dec. 11 Mrs. Eva Henrietta Cockerham, 57, of Joyce, died in a local hospital December 9, following a long illness. She was the wife of Rev. J. A. (Harrison) Cockerham. Funeral services were conducted at the Old Union Baptist Church near Joyce, December 11, with the pastor, Rev. Roy Norton, officiating. Assisting was Rev. Kenneth F. Wall, pastor of the East Winnfield Baptist Church. Pallbearers were Jerry Barnett, Earl Koonce, Martin Barr, Alon Gregory, Hezzie and Silas Creel, and Lemoine McConathy. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Earl A., San Antonio, Texas, and Henry, of Joyce; two daughters, Mrs. Norma Davis, Shreveport, and Mrs. Catherine Barnett of Fort Worth, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Inez Johnson and Ms. Kitty Waters, both of Winnfield; and 13 grandchildren. --------------88B00863C3BF917BFDDB5B82--
