Files may be printed or copied for personal use only. From: May 27, 1954 Winn Parish Enterprise News-American Funeral Services For J. W. Walker Held Thursday Funeral services for J. W. Walker who died suddenly at his home in Sikes Wednesday morning about 5:00 o'clock, were held Thursday afternoon at the Mineral Springs Church. Interment was in the church cemetery. The deceased lived alone and as he was preparing to go to breakfast he was stricken and fell in the doorway, where he was found by his neighbor, Albert Head. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Lessie Johnson, Bastrop, Mrs. Dolly Honeycutt, Lake Charles, Mrs. Lottie C. Monroe, New Orleans; two sons, Gilbert Walker of Texas, and Alton Walker of Sikes; two brothers, one of whom is George Walker of Sikes, and two sisters. --------------7DF7EC5D05BB783539587A59--
