Some of you may be interested to know that the records of the Camp Nichols Soldier's Home are in the process of being published, or so I've been told by the archivist at Jackson Barracks in New Orleans. I had occasion to look at a microfilmed copy of one of the record books while I was in Salt Lake last year. They are a *wonderful* source of information. I intend to contact the archivist again and inquire on the progress of this publication. I'm anxious for it to come out. If anyone knows any news of this project, please let us all know. I think she said they were being published by a New Orleans genealogical organization but I'm not sure about that. Peggy "Greggory E.
