White, Aged 82, Dies Wednesday Night Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. Thursday for Andrew Jackson White, 82, pioneer Winn farmer, who died Wednesday at 9"30 p.m. of a heart attack at his home near Sikes. Burial was in Wright Cemetery with services conducted by W. S. Emmons, under direction of Edmonds, Jonesboro. Mr. White, son of the late Dr. and Mrs. Drury White, was born in Winn Parish and was a lifelong resident here. He apparently was in good health until his death. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Emma Underwood White; two sons, Drury of Sikes and Nathan of Monroe; four daughters, Miss Carrie White, Sikes; Mrs. W. R. Smith, Sikes; Mrs. A. C. Banks, Columbia; and Mrs. S. D. Sanford, Monroe; and three brothers, Arlie White, Bastrop, C. J., West Monroe, T. H. of Sikes, 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
