From: February 14, 1952 Winn Parish Enterprise Former Winnfield Resident Buried At Dry Prong Mrs. Susan Transier, 77, of Dry Prong, was buried Feb. 4 at 2:30 p.m. following her death Feb. 3 at her residence. Services were in Dry Prong Baptist Church with Rev. Moses Mercer in charge. Burial was in Dry Prong Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. W. C. Ivy of Dry Prong, and Mrs. F. D. Wiedomon, Lincoln, Nebraska; two sons, Alfred and Maligo, both of Dry Prong; 14 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
