Files may be printed or copied for personal use only. Carl Waters Carl Waters, 60, of Winnfield, died Saturday, January 5, 1990, at St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria. He was a native of Starks and a former employee of Winn Saw Company. Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. today (Wednesday), at the chapel of Southern Funeral Home in Winnfield with Rev. Freddie Shows, officiating. Interment will follow in Calvary Cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield. Survivors include his wife, Marie Waters of Tullos; three daughters, Elaine Atkins of Tullos and Eunice Chandler and Ann Hicks, both of Dodson; one son, Jimmy Waters of Winnfield; two stepbrothers, Donald Jones of Muscoy, Calif. and Elton Jones of Winnfield; one stepsister, Cassie Desadier of Winnfield and ten grandchildren.
