Stroud Of Sikes Held Sept. 5 Funeral services for Henry Edward Stroud, 89, of Sikes, who died in the Jackson Parish Hospital, Jonesboro, September 4, were held at the Hurricane Grove Baptist Church at 3 p.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Kenneth Wall officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Southern Funeral Home. A retired farmer and native of this parish, Mr. Stroud was a member of the Hurricane Grove Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife, three sons, Hiron W. Stroud of Winnfield, Hilton of Sikes, Herman of Los Angeles, Calif.; three daughters, Mrs. Irene Fitzgerald, Mrs. Velma Thompson, and Mrs. Oval Oliphant, all of Sikes; one brother, W. S. Stroud of Quitman; one sister, Mrs. Sidney Stone of Monroe; 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. --------------2CB1EB20583EA9B616613390--
