From: November 30, 1950 Winn Parish Enterprise Funeral Services Held Wednesday For Mrs. Tilton Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon in Mt. Zion Methodist Church for Mrs. Lela Fowler Tilton, 69, who died at her home at Tilton's Camp on Saline Lake Tuesday. Mrs. Fowler was born January 16, 1891, and lived in Winn Parish all her life. Survivors are her husband, Charles E. Tilton; three sons, Elbert of Atlanta, Olan of Ville Platte, and Wilbert of Montgomery; one daughter, Mrs. Willo Dee Dikes of Shreveport; three brothers, Tobe Fowler, Sam Fowler, and Frank Fowler, all of Montgomery; and a sister, Mrs. Clara Johnson of Montgomery. Pallbearers were S. A. Fowler, Bert Fowler, Orville Fowler, W. A. Fowler, and Red Johnson. Rev. P. A.
