Thanks was tendered to Dorothy and Doris Shell for their preparation of refreshments. Annette Womack agreed to act as treasurer for the remainder of 2001 and will accept the job for 2002. Family History Center, the Winn Parish Library, and our holdings to determine what materials would not be duplicated with current holdings. Jo Branch and Ken Peavy are inventorying the holdings at the public library and Annette is inventorying holdings at the Family History Center holdings. Following these inventories, we will determine what to order procure. It was reported by librarian Lenora Martin that approximately 40 books were purchased recently from the Natchitoches Genealogical Society and had been catalogued and shelved in our library.
