For your information, Mrs. Barbara Smith Guillory has donated to our organization a copy of her recent publication "Winn Parish Connections". This work contains genealogy on Smith, White, Thornton, Underwood, Hatten, Parker, Kirkland, Tullos, Lee, and Nettles families in Winn Parish, and many, many more surnames are included. The book contains over 300 pages and is indexed. I am exercising the perks of being president, so as soon as I look over it a bit more it will be housed at our library.
