The WPGHA mailing list is a closed list, which means you can not subscribed yourself. To subscribe: 1. You must member in good standing (dues are paid?) 2. You must send a request letter to WPGHA-L-Request@rootsweb.com 3. You must enclude: your name, address, email address. 4. Once the membership list is checked, then you will be manually subscribed. 5. If you are not a member of WPGHA, you can join by sending dues of $20/individual or $25/family to Winn Gen & Hist Assoc., P.O. Box 652, Winnfield, LA 71483-0652.
