"Gordy's" parents both born in St.Clair, AL: Martha Ann Bolton b.October 1840 & Wiseman Box b.abt.1828. Tons of BOX family in St.Clair area. Going back thru time we locations in SC & TN. This is not to say there is no connection. But I have just about traced all those born in LA and seems like most stayed there, or nearby. We may be connected back in time.
