I have as her Father Zeno Benjamin Hough, Sr. b abt 1805. Mother: Charlotte ______, b abt 1806. 1850 Jasper co. census, Sheet 056 has Zeno Hough, 45 yrs old, Charlotte, 44 yrs old, Louisa 17 yrs old +8 other kids. That jives with your saying Louisa married about 1850. (I think Emma/Emily Francis Hough listed as Louisa's sister and/or aunt is my X-great grandmother.)
