    2. JO COX
    3. Hello everyone, I am on this list hoping to find information on my G Grandfather, Thomas Jefferson Crippens. He was born in 1849 somewhere in MS, married about 1871/1872 in LA, probably in Winn or Natchitoches parish. First 2 children were born in AR and then they moved to Red River Co TX. My G Grandmother was Sarah Isabelle Stewart from Natchitoches Parish. I have seen a lot of information in Winn Parish about the Crippen line, so I hope to find a connection. I have NO information on Thomas Jefferson's parents or siblings. Any and all help is appreciated. Jo Cox

    3. RootsWeb has been making a move to a larger server. There are some problems and kinks. And I do appreciate everyone letting me know that Winn is one of parishes/counties/states being affected. Please be patient. 1. I'll wait a couple of days to see if the kinks are worked out by themselves <g>. 2. All of the new items sent will be uploaded then. No use letting those get "misplaced". Thank you, Jo

    3. I was just surfing on the Winn page and read the article about the Hudson Holiness Camp Ground. It listed a picture, but I could not get the photo album pages to work. The first one did, but the other two would not. Is the picture in the article, online or is there anyway to get a copy of it? My grandmother is listed in the article. 2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Bullock/Ross/Graves/Davis/Smith Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/mEB.2ACI/459.1 Message Board Post: Hi, I have Arabella Viola Bullock as the dau of Robert Samuel Johnson Bullock and Harriet Ross. RSJ was the son of Quinney Bullock and Lydia Graves Bullock, b May 11, 1846 in Covington Co, MS and died June 8, 1924. He is buried in the Friendship Cemetery, Jonesboro, Beinville Parish, LA. Harriet Ross Bullock was b Feb 14, 1853 in MS and died Oct 22, 1928. She is also buried in the Friendship cemetery in Jonesboro. I don't have anything on Harriet's ancestry. Quinney Bullock, RSJ's father, was b 1811 in Robeson Co, NC to Joel and Rhoda Davis Bullock. He migrated to Marion Co, MS about 1818 with his parents and other family members. Joel Bullock lived in Marion Co until about 1833 when he moved to Whitesand, just south of the present day town of Prentiss, MS. When Joel moved there, the area was in Lawrence Co, MS. Today, it is Jefferson Davis Co. Rhoda Davis Bullock died in 1854; Joel in June, 1860. Both were buried in the old Bullock cemetery at the old homeplace, which today is a subdivision. Quinney Bullock married Eliza Smith and had 3 daughters. Eliza died and Quinney moved to Lawrence Co near his parents. He married Lydia Graves, dau of Robert Hiram Graves and Celia Jane Dickens Graves about 1839 and moved to Covington Co about 1842 or 43. The family lived in Covington Co until about 1879 when they moved to Wesson, Copiah Co. Quinney reported died there about 1883, but have not been able to locate a marked grave for either Quinney or Lydia. Hopes this helps. I have more info if you need it. Loretta
