Jean Jacques Longuepee was born 20 Aug 1776 in St. Servan Ile-et-Viliane, France. He was the son of Jean Longuepee and Marie Francoise Bourg. He died 3 Jan1815 in New Orleans, LA. He married Marie Rose LeBlanc on 7 Jan 1802 in St. Gabriel Cathlic Church in St. Gabriel, Iberville Parish, LA, She was the daughter of Jean LeBlanc and Tarsille Hebert. They had five children including Marie Rose born 27 Feb 1805 in West Baton Rouge Parish, LA. He had 11 siblings. I have a good deal of information on the Longuepees since my] lineage begins with Vincent Longuepee, born in 1671 in France and died in 1714. He was married to Madeline Rimbault in 1691 in Port Royal Acadia. She was the daughter of Rene Rimbault and Anne-Marie?. He was a sailor and arrived in Acadia circa 1689.
