She married Angus Jefferson Lewis and they lived in Polk County, Tx. Per the census both her parents were born in Mississippi. It is said that Lucinda's father was a preacher; I assumed Baptist because she was Baptist. Do you think my Lucinda's father might be the same man as your Methodist preacher Smith?
