I saw a posting you have on Ancestry.com which included the surname Davis. My mother is a Davis and I have been trying to find her line to no avail. It has been very difficult trying to find her folks. She was raised in Evans, Louisiana and she has family in Vernon Parish. I thought maybe your line connects with mine. I have very limited information which is as follows: Geraldine Davis (my mom) m. Dennis Smart d/o Ennis Davis m. Beulah Higgingbotham s/o Orrin Nelson Davis m. Elizabeth Craft.
