On the Rapids Parish 1850 Census there's a Warren Wilson Williams age 28 married to Rebecca age 30, Children: Rosanna age 10, Mary age 8, Thomas age 5, Julia Ann age 3 months and Rachael age 3. On the 1860 census Warren Williams age 34, Rebecca age 35, Rosannia age 16, Mary age 14, Rachael age 12, Julia Ann age 8, Houston age 6, and James age 6.{I think this Warren is a brother to Sil.. but thinking doesn't prove it. :) P.S. His son, John Robert Williams, was my greatgrandfather. One of John's sons was my grandfather Warren Wilson Williams, although he went by Bill. I notice the name Warren Wilson is used often in our Williams line. Aletha, do you know if and when Sara was married to a Harrison? Any idea where she and Sil are buried or when they married? Evon and I are about to "pull our hair" out on this line, although we haven't been researching very long. Any information would be appreciated. Sincere thanks

I believe she was born somewhere between 1938-1948? She had a child around 1956-1959 but the child was placed for adoption. The only other information I have is that it was in Vernon Parish. I cannot remember the name of the clinic. I will have to look at my notes again.

    3. Hello! Lately there's been alot of talk on the WILLIAMS surname, so I've decided to try posting my info yet again. I've been "stuck" on my Williams line for a long time. My G-Grandfather was Judge L. Williams (b. 1898 d. 1953) who was married to Ella Welch (b. 28 Jan 1902 d. April 1985) in November 1916. Below is the info I have with the exception of this little bit extra I've been told. My Dad told me that Judge had about 10 siblings (I only have two of these siblings to date) and that his Dad (Joe Williams) was married 2 or 3 times and had kids by all his wives. I got Judge's parents names from Mack's (Judge's brother--also the "baby" of the family) SS-5 form and he simply listed them and Joe Williams and Littie Newman. I don't know, but assume that Joe might be short for something (Joseph, for instance) and Littie is probably also a nickame. Anyway, here goes!
